POLICY ON REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Our hand-crocheted hats are individually made to the customer's size and color selections.    
Each cappitam hat is an original work.  Our hats are crocheted and sewn by hand to ensure a
high quality product.  We will not begin work on any order until payment has been received.  
Please allow approximately 5-7 days for small custom hat orders.  Once order is complete it will
be
shipped by USPS.  Large quantity hat orders may take longer.  

Please make sure that you know your head measurements before completing your hat order(s).

We have a No Refund Policy on our custom made to order hats!

However, it is very important to us that our customers are happy with our products
and we may offer an exchange or credit on a case by case basis.  Please contact us by
e-mail if you need additional information on our policy for returns.

Returned Items:   In order to receive an exchange or credit, any item returned must
be in its original condition
and not worn or altered from washing, handling, or any misuse.
You must contact us within 7 days of receipt of your package and return to us the item(s) in the
original package along with your packing slip as proof of purchase.  

After we have received proof of purchase and have authorized the item to be in its original
condition, we will contact you within 5-7 business days of receipt of  your returned item(s) for an
exchange or credit or adjustment arrangement.

No item returned will be granted an exchange or credit without authorization!
All shipping charges will be incurred by the customer along with a 15% restocking fee for all
returns offering an exchange or credit.
